SUPPORT - traveller v3 - voluntary recall to repair - canada only
In cooperation with Health Canada, phil&teds is voluntarily recalling traveller v3 portable travel cots with serial numbers beginning with TRV3RV - sold from February 2013 to September 2016.
The product is a foldable portable crib with four corner posts, a top rim, four total mesh sides and a solid bottom with a self inflating mattress that rests on the floor. The serial number and product identification label can be found on a top rail ( see image ).

If your traveller’s serial number does not start with TRV3RV, then your product is not affected. NB: older versions do not include four all mesh sides.
These cots below are not affected.

While the traveller v3 passed independent testing, testing by Health Canada found that the four plastic clips (shown below), which attach the mattress to the bottom of the crib, do not meet the requirements. No broken clips or other incidences have been reported by consumers.
